Wine to drink in, wine to take home.

Cecilia's Wine Shop has set up shop inside PĀRĀ — a tightly curated, deliberately personal selection of bottles chosen by Cecilia herself. Expect organic, biodynamic and low-intervention wines from small growers who farm with intention: think living soil, native yeasts, minimal additions, and a real sense of place in the glass.

Pop in, browse the shelves, ask a question or three, and walk out with something you'll actually be excited to open.

How it works

**Drink in.** Anything on the shelf is available to drink with your meal at PĀRĀ for a small corkage. Wander over, pick a bottle, bring it to your table.

**Take home.** Same shelf, retail price, no corkage — walk out with whatever caught your eye.

**Ask for a recommendation.** That's the whole point of a wine shop with a human in it. Tell us a grape you love, a meal you're cooking, a budget — we'll get you somewhere good.

Cecilia's is a pop-up wine shop hosted in our Kingsland Road dining room. The selection is broad but never random — every bottle has been tasted, considered and chosen on its own merit. Some are familiar names done well. Many are from growers you've probably never heard of, working a hectare or two somewhere quiet and getting it just right.

A few things you'll find on the shelves:

- **Organic & biodynamic wines** from across Europe — Italy, France, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Germany
- **Natural and low-intervention bottles** that taste alive in the glass
- **Classic, well-made wines** from producers who simply farm honestly
- **Skin-contact orange wines**, pét-nats, and serious crémants for the curious
- **Reds and whites at every price point** — there's plenty under £20, and a small cellar's worth above

If you don't know where to start, just ask. Telling Cecilia what you ate last weekend is usually a faster route to a great bottle than reading a label.
